AGE RESTRICTION

• Celtic Nights bookings can only be made by persons over 18 years of age.
• Minors (under 18 years of age) are permitted to attend the Celtic Nights, so long as they are accompanied by an adult supervisor.
• Minors are not permitted for ‘Show Only’ entry.
• Photo ID may be required upon arrival at the Celtic Nights venue.

SALE & SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

• Under the Intoxicating Liquor Acts (2008)(2003)(2000), the sale and service of alcohol to minors is prohibited. Photo ID may be requested.
• Celtic Nights staff and management reserve the right to refuse the sale and service of alcohol.

DELIVERY OF SERVICE CONDITIONS

• Celtic Nights includes a 3-course meal and 2-hour traditional music and dancing show. Additional charges will be incurred if drinks, side dishes or supplemented items are ordered. Please contact us for further information.
• By purchasing a Celtic Nights ticket, guests agree to receiving an email confirmation of booking, which includes receipt of payment and a copy of your ticket as an attachment.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring the email provided at point of booking is valid.
• Guests are required to present their ticket at the door of the Celtic Nights venue. Tickets can be in digital or printed form.
• Celtic Nights reserve the right to refuse entry if a guest cannot present a valid ticket.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES

• Every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirement and allergies. Please contact us in advance if you have any special requests or concerns.
• Meals are prepared and served from a working kitchen, and while every effort is made to accommodate those with allergies, cross contamination of food can occur. Celtic nights shall be under no liability, for sickness, harm or death caused as result of allergic reaction arising from dining at Celtic Night

DISABILITIES & MOBILITY ISSUES

• If you have a disability or condition you think may affect the quality of your Celtic Nights experience, please let us know in advance so we can try and accommodate your needs.

PUNCTUALITY

• Upon making a booking, guests are required to select a dining time. Guests who presents themselves late for the booked time may be refused admission and forfeit their payment. The decision to refuse entry will be at managements discretion on the day.

PAYMENT

• Celtic Nights tickets require pre-payment at time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to comply with payment conditions may result in the cancellation of a booking. Any payments or deposits made up to this point are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

• Celtic Nights operates a strict no refunds policy.
• The transfer of tickets to another date shall be accommodated, if the transfer request is made at least 48 hours before the event date. Thereafter, transfers will not be permitted, and any payments made up to that point will be forfeited.
• The transfers of tickets to another date is subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply if a ticket is transferred to another date with a higher ticket price.
• In the unlikely event that, Celtic Nights must cancel a show, we undertake to accommodate you on an alternative show date or refund your payment.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• You agree not to recreate, copy, transfer, publish, display, reproduce, circulate or use in any way commercially, any literature, live or printed that has been created by Celtic Nights.

CELTIC NIGHTS ALTERATIONS

• Celtic Nights reserve the right to make changes to show content, menus and prices without notice.

HEALTH AND SAFETY LIABILITY

• By your agreement to these booking conditions Celtic Nights shall be under no liability for loss, injury or damage to you or your property.

INSURANCE

• Celtic Nights hold public liability insurance. We reserve the right to remove participants from the experience if they present a safety concern, whatever the reason.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

• The website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.
